CAMP DESCRIPTION

This summer program is aimed at making football players faster, quicker and more explosive while providing the athlete with the capabilities to reduce and resist injury during practice and in competition.

Our Football Speed and Conditioning Camp goes beyond just ‘working out’, the athletes that attend the camp will leave with the skills and knowledge of all the drills and ‘why’ they are being performed. We believe that it’s one thing to get great coaching and instruction during the camp sessions, but we want all the athletes to take the newly learned exercises with them so they will be able to apply them all year round.  Doing this encourages and develops strong, healthy long-lasting training habits optimizing the players’ success throughout their athletic career and in life.

Peter Remmes, MS, CSCS

*All sessions are supervised and guided by Peter Remmes, MS, CSCS.  Peter is a Nationally Certified Strength and Conditioning Coach and the Training Director at Skolfield Sports Performance.  He has an extensive career in developing football athletes at organizations including New York Giants, Florida State University, Indiana University, University of Iowa and Texas A&M University.

*Training and education provided to athletes will be safe, efficient, effective, and progressive.
